Do you accept Insurance?
A: Currently, we are a private pay practice and do not directly bill insurance. However, we understand that reimbursement is important to our families. We provide detailed, itemized invoices for each session, which you can submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement through the superbilling process. We highly recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits and reimbursement rates. Many families have successfully received reimbursement. We are also happy to accept payments from your Health Savings Account (HSA).

Where do you provide services?
A: We offer convenient services at your child's daycare, preschool, or in the comfort of your own home, Monday through Friday.

What is included in your Evaluation?
A: Our comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation is designed to gain a holistic understanding of your child's needs. We assess a wide range of areas, including fine motor skills, gross motor skills, mindset, attention, and other factors that impact nervous system regulation. This thorough evaluation allows us to create a personalized therapy plan to best support your child's development.

What do your sessions look like?
A: Fun and engaging! While providing top-quality therapy is our priority, we believe in creating a FUN experience for your child. Building a strong bond of trust is essential to optimizing their therapy journey. Our motto is, "The more fun, the greater the impact!" You can expect sessions filled with movement and activities that strengthen your child's physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What is your cancellation policy?
There is no fee for sessions canceled two weeks (14 days) prior to the scheduled appointment. For cancellations within two weeks, we offer two complimentary cancellations per calendar quarter. After these two cancellations, a $75 fee will be applied for any subsequent cancellations.
